Best prices in town! Owner cares about his clients. Often asks our opinion on areas it is consideration when making changes to the business. I am very pleased to use Pecos Storage for my storage needs. I have kept my 30 ft motor home at Pecos Storage since shortly after it opened about eight years ago. The facility is well kept and secure 24/7. Never had any issues with Rande or staff. Always high level of service.
Randy is continually making improvements to the property, whether it is paving the access roads, improving security features, or installing interior fencing. Recently, he contacted his renters to elicit information concerning staffing hours. As a result, he was able to reduce his payroll without any degradation in service to the facilities' deep room sweeping.
Randy is involved in the community. Several times he has opened his facility to high school organizations to raise funds by holding RV wash/wax events. Renters get their vehicles cleaned at a good price and high school students get the money to attend out of state competitions.
Randy is accessible. On very few occasions have I called him with questions or a problem affecting access to my space. He quickly responds to resolve these issues either personally or through his staff, which is competent and reliable. He frequently communicates with his renters on issues facing the business; these include implementing new things at the facility, getting renter opinions about aforementioned staff hour reduction, physical security, U Haul rental practices, Community events, improvements or anything else affecting the property.
I think Pecos Storage offers excellent products and services at a very competitive price and will continue to do business there as long as I have storage needs.

First off, I would like to thank the staff. All of you are great and very helpful. Second, the place is always clean and organized. Prices are very reasonable. I guess the only part that I mind is that the sewer dump is in an area that I am restricted to. So if I come in on a Sunday, I cannot dump and have to find the nearest which is miles away. Would be great if everyone who paid for storage had access to that sewer dump 24/7 just like we do the storage.

Hi Rande. My wife and I have really appreciated the facilities at Pecos Storage. It's clean, it's well maintained and it's secure. Add to that the propane stop, the wash bay and the sewer dump, and it's really a great place. Other storage facilities we rented from didn't have any amenities except dirt surfaces and fencing and they were quite a distance away and had limited hours. Pecos Storage is just off I-10 and is really convenient for our travel and weekend trips. Another big plus for Pecos is the location. We've looked at and rented from places in the past that were backed up against less than "nice" areas. My wife always worried and felt uneasy about leaving my truck and trailer overnight. The security at Pecos Storage is better than anywhere else nearby. Our largest Pecos has a good, secure location, not surrounded by bad neighborhoods, again, I think you get the best bang for your buck going with Pecos Storage.
